Got a ring from this number earlier, some company called one to one utilities. Picked up and a woman spoke, saying she wanted to chat about my energy supplier. When I asked where she got my number, she just said "from the company" but couldn't be more specific. Told her that I'm registered with the telephone preference service and she said she'd put me down as 'no further contact'. Seems like someone is sharing phone numbers without permission! I've gone ahead and blocked them now.
