Received yet another call from ROADSIDE GROUP on 01173142850. These callers are rather rude; they just hang up on you! I feel inclined to call them back at my own expense. This all kicked off shortly after I filled out a quote form with E-VAN INS. So, we've merely passed on their number and the email of their head office to a few other marketing firms. It’s a pity really, but somewhat entertaining as well!

They said they were from Churchill, mentioned I'd received a really low quote online for my van insurance. The odd bit is, my policy was up for renewal, but they rang me *before* I even started searching for new deals. Felt quite dodgy, especially when they asked for loads of personal info “to verify my identity” - but honestly, who are they exactly? Seems like a fishing scam to me, no way am I handing over any details.

I rang the number back but made sure my phone number was hidden. Someone answered saying it was Parkside Group. I mentioned I’d misdialled and decided to look them up online afterwards. Turns out they’re a massive organisation operating globally, dealing with all sorts of things like hospitals, hotels, and property. They even supply U.P.V.C. windows and doors, of all things. Quite a diverse business they’ve got there!
