Got a call from a supposed BT support team yet again. This time I was prepared since they warned my internet would be cut off within the next day if I didn't press one to fix it. Naturally, I hit one and was then put through to some guy called Andy from India. I had a hunch straight away what they were after - they wanted me to install some nasty software so they could get into my computer. Definitely dodged a bullet there!
