Got a call from someone saying they were from Amazon, telling me I'd been charged wrongly and they wanted to sort out a refund. It sounded dodgy straight away since the number said it was from Bristol but the voice was proper static-y like it was from another country, and they spoke with a really thick accent. I ended up just hanging up and blocking the number. Did a bit of digging online and found loads of reports about this same scam going on all over the UK lately.
