I’ve found that this number belongs to some kind of car warranty provider. If you ask about the warranty, they let you choose whether you want a call back or not, but even if you say no, they ring you endlessly. It gets really frustrating. I told them I wasn’t interested and asked them nicely to take my details off their list, but they’ve completely ignored me. Just today alone, they’ve called me four times since I told them last Wednesday to stop. Proper annoying!

This is from Motor Easy car warranty folks. They usually don’t just ring you out of the blue, so chances are you must have handed over your phone number while checking out some quotes :)
