This number has been annoyingly relentless! I once asked a blinds company to send me a brochure but didn’t pick up when they rang at first, since I didn’t know who it was. Got a call from this number last night, just two rings and then they disconnected. We've got “Calling Preference” set up on our landline, but since we purchased blinds from Appeal about ten years ago, I guess they're allowed to use our number. Rang their 0800 number today and spoke with Shaun. He was quite apologetic and assured me they'd put a stop to the calls, which seem to be coming from a call centre Appeal has hired. I mentioned to Shaun how these annoying calls could damage their reputation. Hopefully, that’s the last we hear of it. Time will tell.

If it’s Appeal Blinds, it wouldn’t surprise me. We got an awning from them years back and they’ve been ringing us up to push an upgrade. Trouble is, ours is still holding up great after nearly a decade. So I’d say their stuff is top-notch, but be prepared for them to be a bit pushy on the phone.
