Got a call from 0117 0630839, said it was some firm called Agile Services. They were going on about me being in a car crash and someone hitting my car from behind, which is total rubbish as I haven’t had any accident for over 25 years. The caller wouldn’t stop going on about it and kept on repeating the same thing like a stuck record. Proper annoying!

Memory Walk keep ringing and emailing non stop askin how much I've collected for the charity. I took a call on handsfree while drivin, but they still wouldn’t chat ‘cause they thought it might distract me. Isn’t that the whole point of handsfree? I joined up for the Alzheimers memory walk and they keep calling me nonstop asking about donations. If I’d known they’d be so pushy, I never would have joined. It’s really annoying how they just keep hassling you. Definitely won’t be taking part again.

I joined the memory walk and since then, I’ve been bombarded with calls asking for donations. I even said I’m not taking part anymore because it feels wrong to keep nagging people for more cash, especially after I already donated when signing up. I won’t be getting involved with anything like this again, it’s just left me thinking they might not be a proper organisation. Getting one call a day would be fine, but having them ring me five times daily is just ridiculous.

I’ve reached out to the Alzheimers Society myself to let them know about the nonstop donation calls and how it’s actually harming their image as a caring charity. It’s also putting unfair pressure on people to give money, which honestly isn’t needed or wanted. We all support them for good reasons, after all.

After signing up for the Alzheimer’s memory walk, they keep pestering you nonstop for donations. People like me who have family dealing with dementia already try our best to keep their days cheerful and easy. We help out in loads of ways and really don’t appreciate being bombarded with calls asking for more money. We’re already giving everything we can to support our family members.

I usually dont pick up calls from numbers I dont recongise, I just let the answerphone pick up and wait till they say who they are or leave a message. This number never leaves anything, so it feels like a total waste of time! I have signed up for the walk on the 30th September but dont need random calls all day and night. I'm with everyone else on this. I've done three memory walks for them and even raised some funds, but the nonstop bother is really making me think twice about doing more. I've blocked their number so hopefully no more calls, but stopping the emails is trickier. I signed up and yet they just keep flooding in. You have to wonder, how much of all this effort is eating into the charity’s funds? I’d really like to see how much of the money raised goes straight to research after covering their running costs. Those TV adverts can’t be cheap either!
