What alarms me is her insistence that I was involved in an accident on January 5th, 2017, at precisely 12:15 in the afternoon, which is entirely false and something I can substantiate. It's rather disturbing to think about how she managed to obtain such personal information. I've gone ahead and reported these calls to Action Fraud and received a crime reference for it.
