I've been bombarded with numerous unexpected calls from a financial services firm pushing PPI claims. When I pressed them about how they obtained my NAME and mobile number, their only response was, "from a trustworthy database provider." Despite my clear annoyance, they just wouldn’t let up, continuing to try to persuade me to make a PPI claim, even though I made it quite clear that I’ve already claimed back all my mis-sold PPI. Truly frustrating!
