I got a call from 01174071934, a Bristol number, claiming to be from some place called Reclaim Services. They said I was owed around £3550 from a PPI refund. After listening a bit, a woman called Rachel, with a really strong Asian accent, handed me over to someone named Emily Hill, who sounded just the same! They then asked me to use an app called AnyDesk to "help," and kept insisting it wouldn’t let them access my phone. When I asked what a scammer might do, they got all awkward. They told me to ring 02086115938 to confirm everything. Looking like I’m about to miss out on £3000 here, haha. Seriously, don’t let these lot connect remotely to your device - total con artists!
