Today, I received a phone call claiming to be from Breast Cancer Research. They mentioned it was simply an administrative call and reassured me that they wouldn’t be soliciting any donations. However, things took a turn when they began to request a security question, wanting the first line of my address. I decided it was best to cut the conversation short and kindly informed the caller that I was hanging up, as I felt uncertain about the legitimacy of the call.
