This has to be an O2 scam. Right after this call, I got another one from a London number starting 0203514... I've ended up putting like 20 similar numbers on my block list.

Got a call from some voip mobile number that looked completely made up. It was one of those times where they’re probably just testing if the number is real so they can send us spam calls later. I picked up, but all I got was silence for about 10 seconds before the line went dead. Yeah, that one’s now on my blocked list.

middle of the afternoon, my phone rang and i picked up quick only for the call to end straight away with no one saying a word. pretty strange!
