I told him I was just a couple of minutes from the vets with an appointment, but he got really rude and started shouting over me. He wasn’t prepared to listen at all, so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

She had that typical foreign accent and told me her name was Lisa. Before I knew it, she was trying to convince me that she wasn’t after money or anything. I cut the call short straight away, pretty sure it was just another scam using a new phone number.
