When they asked for my bank details, I said no way I’m giving that out over the phone, not even my age bracket. They pressed me on why I wanted everything in writing, and I just said I wanted to verify what they were saying. Then they went on to ask if I had any health issues or dementia. That seemed really off, so I just hung up.
