Had a rather chaotic experience with a call centre. The chap on the other end had such a thick accent it was nearly impossible to understand him. He was trying to sell me a rather lackluster O2 discount - didn’t sound genuine at all. He mentioned he’d be sending over two text messages, one containing a PIN. When I made it clear I wasn’t interested in continuing the conversation, he promptly hung up on me. Quite the dodgy interaction, to say the least!

Received a call purporting to be from O2, followed by a text with a one-time passcode, clearly an attempt to sway me into thinking they were legitimate. When I mentioned I’d ring O2 myself to verify, they promptly ended the call. Quite shady behaviour, if you ask me!
