I was pretty sure it was either about PPI or that dodgy “We know you’ve been in an accident” line! Yep, spot on. When I told the lady it was a cold call and asked to be taken off their list, she just said she wasn’t there to argue. Then she kept going on about deadlines for PPI claims and asked if I’d considered making one. I replied that I already have a claim in progress with a company that didn’t just ring out of the blue, and reminded her that’s exactly what a cold call is!
