I got a call from someone claiming to be from Amazon's account support saying my account was used 300 miles away to purchase a phone. It was a total scam, they were hackers pretending to be legit. In the end, I paid £450 to supposedly stop malware that was never there. They even mentioned Monzo bank in their story.
