Got two calls from this number in just a few hours, but I ignored them since I didn’t recognise who it was.

Got a call from someone saying they were ONE LIFE? They knew my name and immediately tried to connect me to a salesperson pushing some cremation or burial plans. Felt dodgy from the start! Ended the call quick because the accents didn’t sound British and I reckon they were routing the call overseas. Watch out for these lot! If you want to sort out a prepaid funeral, just go straight to Co-op - that’s who I trust. This company just wants your personal info and your bank details! Best to hang up and block the number straight away.

I let it ring out and checked this site while waiting, but they never left a voicemail or anything.

I just got a phone call saying it was from HMRC and that there's some sort of complaint against me. I don’t believe that’s legit so I cut the call right away. Surely HMRC would never ring first without sending a letter, or if it was really important, the police would get involved instead!
