I told the woman calling that the person she was asking for, my mum, had passed away not long ago. Rather than ending the call, she just replied with "oh right" and carried on with her scripted spiel. No clue what business this is, but they’ve got some really rude and heartless staff working there. Even after I told her my mum was dead, she kept pestering me. What's wrong with these folks? Honestly, I’d say just hang up if you get a call from them.
