So, this guy rang me from this number just now, asking me to complete some sort of lifestyle survey. I always avoid sharing my personal details on calls like that. But the annoying bit is, he just kept ringing me even after I said no to doing the survey. Won't take a hint at all!

Someone rang me up looking for a Melissa Clark, which isn’t me at all. I told them straight away they’d got the wrong number and asked to be taken off their list. The bloke who answered then asked if he could ask me a few questions. I asked where he was calling from and he said Advantage, some kind of lifestyle survey firm. I made sure to ask repeatedly for proof that they’d delete my number before ending the call.

Got a phonecall from 01165001691 but there was no answer when I picked up. Seems like it might be some kind of spam or nuisance call.

Got a text claiming supposedly I'd been in a no-fault accident within the past three years. Thing is, I've never had any accident at all, so it's pretty clear they're not telling the truth and are purposely making stuff up.

I keep getting calls from this call centre about various surveys, mainly about lifestyle stuff. Sometimes they say they’re from a national survey organisation. It’s usually an unwanted call though, and if you’re not up for it, just tell them to take you off their list.

I got a call from someone saying they were with Advantage and asked specifically for me by name. It was just after I’d had a credit check done with Three, so maybe it was just chance? Not sure though.
