About ten minutes ago this number rang me up. I tried to find out who they said was the local energy company, but the bloke on the phone just cut me off. It didn’t feel right at all - definitely seemed dodgy even though the guy sounded convincing. They rang on my landline, which is a bit strange, but after reading other comments about this number being linked to VOIP calls, I’m convinced they had some dodgy motives. I wouldn’t advise picking up if you know what’s good for you!

This bloke called me saying he was my “local energy consultant” but he was ringing from over 100 miles away! I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.
