Just had a rather suspicious phone call at 11:52 am from a woman with a Scottish accent, trying to sell me some scheme involving cash for home upgrades. The moment I didn’t bite and started asking questions, she quickly ended the call! Quite the cheeky approach.

Received a call inquiring whether we were homeowners and wanting to know our identities. The caller, claiming to represent a local council or similar body, was oddly situated over 200 miles away. Before I could even respond, the phone went dead as they abruptly hung up. Their tone was unmistakably hostile, and it felt as though they were fishing for sensitive information. I’m convinced it’s a dodgy number.
