I told her I had already seen something about that on the news and that my provider would notify me if needed. She kept pressing me about whether I was a BT customer, but I kept asking for her identity instead. She was quite pushy about BT, but I stood my ground. Eventually, she got annoyed and told me "I hope you get cut off!" before hanging up abruptly.
