Got a call from some call centre bloke trying to get me to schedule a loft inspection or some house assessment. They kept pushing that they'd provide an EPC certificate. When I said no, they hooked me up with "the manager" who wasn't at all pleased with my refusal. Both of them just didn’t seem to listen properly. They kept claiming I needed the check every couple of years and that a surveyor was nearby. Felt really dodgy, like a scam to me. The voices had a slight South African twang, but the number showed up as being from Leicester.
