Just got a call a minute ago, picked up but there was silence on the other end so I ended the call.

This woman claimed she was ringing from Virgin Media, but honestly, this is like the 61st time they’ve called me. I’ve told them over and over that I’m not the person who holds the account, yet they keep pushing. Since they joined up with O2, I heard all Virgin customers should get a text giving them the chance to cancel and that contracts have been ended. Still, the calls keep coming!
