I received a call from someone pretending to be from O2. They had a really thick Indian accent. Definitely felt dodgy!

Got a call from these lot pretending to be O2, and they already had some of my info, which made me think it was legit. The bloke on the phone then asked for my PAC code, trying to nick my number from my SIM. He wanted to switch my number onto a new SIM and get me tied into a year-long contract. Talk 24/7 is definitely a scam, avoid them! Checked with O2 afterwards, and they said they’d never heard of this company.

Was getting calls all the time from someone saying they were from 02, tried to tell me I had unclaimed stuff or something. Quite annoying!

They kept calling me nonstop, like a dozen times daily, just to try and trick me into getting an O2 SIM. It was proper annoying.

I got a call from a firm claiming they were 02. They seemed to already know when my contract was up and mentioned an upgrade was ready, stuff I wasn’t even clear on myself. Only 02 should have that kind of info, but this company apparently does too. In my rush to sort out my phone, I foolishly gave them details and now they’ve basically taken my number - which I’ve had for yonks - hostage. To make matters worse, they've cut off my service altogether. I went into an O2 store, where they rang this number and someone said I’d be sent a PAC code - but it never turned up. So now I’m left with no phone and I’m planning to stop my direct debit.

Some firm pretended to be 02 and told me my contract was about to end with an upgrade available - info I wasn’t even clear about myself. Only 02 would really know that, so somehow this company had access to it. In a rush to sort my phone situation, I foolishly gave them my details, and now they’re holding my long-time number hostage. I’m waiting for 02 to ring me back on my landline to fix this, but TALK24/7 have mentioned I might need to pay a fee just to get my number back. When I visited the 02 shop in Kensington today, staff there said they’d never heard of TALK24/7. Honestly, feels like a complete scam.

I rang O2 to check about this firm and they told me there's no connection at all. O2 doesn’t accept their SIM cards at all. Sounds like it could be a scam or some kind of fraud. Plus, I couldn’t find any website for them anywhere. When you order, they don’t give you any order or account numbers either, which seems very dodgy.
