I received a call from a gentleman claiming to be Richard, and he had quite a noticeable foreign accent. His purpose was to pitch life insurance, but when I politely said I wasn't interested, his attitude took a rather rude turn. To top it off, he felt the need to ring me another seven times after that. Quite baffling, really!
