Totally spam, been getting calls from them nonstop for weeks now. I rang back after missing a call and actually got someone on the line. They gave some vague details but were really aggressive about getting me to upgrade immediately. Today alone I’ve had about 6 missed calls from them. I told them if I’m interested I’ll ring back tomorrow, but they kept insisting it had to happen right away. Feels dodgy to me, definitely sounds like spam.

Looks like they’re faking being from talktalk, ringing up folks waiting for the free upgrade plug in, and then asking about which payment deal they want. I just ended the call straight away.

Some bloke rang me claiming to be from TalkTalk, even knew my full name which was a bit odd. Thing is, I’m certain TalkTalk wouldn’t ring me first - they normally say you should give them a shout if there’s an issue.
This all happened just after six in the evening, on my mobile at 18:01.
I just ended the call straight away and didn’t hear from them again.

They rang and asked if I was Mr ? I replied nope, this is Mrs ?, and the moment I said that, they just dropped the call. Pretty sure it was just some spam caller.
