Got a call once more from Bethany Ellis on 0114 059 9682, asking about the accident I supposedly had. When I asked her to clarify which accident, the call just dropped into that same recorded message all over again.

Got a call from someone saying she was Bethany Ellis at Alpine Solutions, using a Sheffield area code 01140787408. I’m pretty certain there’s no Alpine Solutions or Bethany Ellis linked to that number in Sheffield. Usually, when I ask for the name of a sales rep on calls, they only give a first name due to some “company rule.” So, this android chick blurting out her full name straight away made me suspicious. Already added the number to the TPS list.

Received a call from Bethany Ellis, claiming to be from Alpine Solutions. She came across as quite courteous and professional. She wanted me to verify some info about a car crash I was supposedly involved in, where I was apparently the innocent party. I told her I’m on the TPS list and questioned why she’d bother calling me despite that. She just hung up straight away after that. I’ve since filed a complaint with the TPS about it.

Eventually, they got so annoyed they started swearing at me and then just cut off the call. It was quite the strange experience!

Got a call from 01164676190, claiming to be Bethany Ellis from Alpine Solutions. It's some dodgy automated message, not an actual person speaking. The recorded voice goes something like, "Hi, this is Bethany Ellis from Alpine Solutions... (awkward pause) I've got some details about an accident where you weren’t at fault... (more silence) Could you please confirm if you were involved in an accident in the last two or three years that wasn’t your fault?" I reckon this is illegal and annoying, definitely worth reporting to the ICO.
