First Home Windows are honestly a nightmare, they are super pushy and I regret listening to their sales chat years ago. Got new windows from them and honestly the old ones, which were there for like twenty years, were way better at keeping noises out! They just keep ringing non stop, even when I blocked the number and am on the TPS. These lot are proper scammers in my opinion.

This bloke rang me saying I had a quote from a couple years back. I said I wasn’t keen and ended the call. Still, he’s called me like 6 more times since. That’s proper harrassment. Best not pick up if you get a call from that number.

I received a missed call from this number, so I decided to ring it back. A chap picked up and requested my name to look me up, but I didn’t share it. When I inquired who he was, he mentioned he was from First Homes. It’s puzzling why they’d be contacting me or how they got my number in the first place. I ended the call as he seemed keen on prolonging the conversation. I wouldn’t recommend engaging with anyone using this number.

Just bought my first house and got a call about windows and doors. I said we weren’t interested and hung up, but then he called back and got really rude. Proper nasty bloke. Wouldn’t touch this company with a bargepole, even if they are legit. Can’t help thinking if something went wrong you’d get some proper hassle. Feels like a dodgy outfit to me.

I received a rather unpleasant call from a gentleman who, after I indicated we weren't keen on windows, became quite offensive in his language. Honestly, I'd steer clear of this company, regardless of their legitimacy. I can only picture how challenging they would be to deal with, likely trying to pin any problems on you. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from First Homes, following up on a doorstep salesman we talked to ages ago. I already told them we weren't interested and politely asked for no more calls or quotes. Thought that would be the end of it. But today I got another call, told them again we weren’t interested, like I had before, but the bloke was really rude, kept interrupting me and said, just like others have said here, "you're not the kind of customer we want anyway." Honestly, if we ever change our minds, I won’t be reaching out to them.

When I probed further to find out who she was, she proceeded to ask if I resided at a different address altogether. Quite bizarrely, after that, she just hung up without any further explanation.

I received a call from this number, claiming to be associated with First Home - no idea who they are. They mentioned they’d tried to reach me last year. When I expressed my uncertainty regarding their identity and inquired about how they obtained my phone number, they said it was part of their database. I pressed them on which database and how they managed to get hold of my ex-directory number, and suddenly, they hung up. Rather suspicious, if you ask me!

Today, I received a rather unexpected phone call from a woman who addressed me by my maiden name, which I haven’t used in almost a decade. She inquired if I was the homeowner and went on to mention my address, which threw me slightly. Naturally, I wanted to know who she was, but she remained evasive, only stating that she’d tried reaching me last year regarding my supposed interest in new windows and doors. I made it clear that I had no intention of pursuing that and requested she refrain from contacting me again. Despite my insistence, she pressed on, curious about how many of my windows were over a decade old. I reiterated my request to have my number removed from her list, and she abruptly hung up. Quite the intrusive experience, if you ask me!

When I asked who she was, she refused to say but claimed she’d phoned last year and that I was interested in new windows and doors. I told her again to remove me from her call list and to stop calling. Then she just hung up.
