Got a call from what sounded like an automated voice, saying it was Bethany from Alpir Solutions regarding some claim I supposedly had. Then I got passed to someone who said he was Norman from the same company, wanting details about my accident. I asked him for the company name but told him I couldn't recall any accident, joked that I might have amnesia, and asked for some info. He said he’d hold on, then just cut the call. Total claim farmer, pestering folks and pushing dodgy personal injury claims. No wonder insurance costs are through the roof!

I just got a call from 0116 510 7171, someone called Bethany from Alpine Solutions about a non-fault accident I never had! As soon as I told her to take me off their list, she just hung up. Honestly, fed up with these pointless nuisance calls and the GDPR that doesn’t seem to help at all. Absolute waste of time.
