So I picked up the phone and this automated lady with a British accent asked if I'd been in an accident. After that, they put me through to a noisy call centre. A bloke speaking with an Indian accent said he wanted to talk about my accident. He sounded quite nice, so I decided to mess around a bit. When he caught on I was having a laugh, he kindly mentioned they weren’t able to assist me :/
