Had a rather odd experience with a call that was completely silent-barely a whisper! No one on the other end; just an eerie lack of sound. Quite unsettling, really!

I've been inundated with calls from this number. Previously, they claimed I had scheduled an appointment with them. When they mentioned the names of both myself and my partner, I promptly corrected them by stating they had mixed up the names. Instead of apologising, they accused me of wasting their time and were exceptionally rude. I subsequently returned their call, but it went straight to voicemail, where I explicitly stated I did not wish to receive any further calls. However, to my annoyance, I got another call today. I missed it, but since I'm currently in the midst of wedding planning, I decided to ring them back, thinking it might be a supplier. When I inquired about the missed call, they requested my name instead of identifying themselves. I refused to provide my name and asked who they were, at which point they simply hung up! Do yourself a favour and block this number!

A chap claimed to be representing Zenith Windows and asserted that I had arranged an appointment with someone who knocked on my door. I informed him that I hadn’t, and the way he responded was rather off-putting. He was quite rude, suggesting that I was wasting their time by not keeping an appointment. It was really unpleasant and felt quite threatening.

I had the misfortune of dealing with a rather unpleasant caller who was not only disrespectful but also quite confrontational. They were desperately trying to persuade me to purchase some windows, but their patronising manner made the whole exchange quite unbearable.
