I got a call about life insurance from some guy who was completely convinced he was talking about my current policy - which is funny because I don’t even have one. He started going on about reviewing it and saving me cash. When I told him I wasn’t paying anything right now, he claimed he could actually get me a deal that would be like minus £21.50, so I joked that he’d be paying me to have insurance. That’s when he got all nasty and said I might think I’m smart but I’m actually dumb. I just ended the call and blocked the number straight away.

Received a call from someone purporting to be a protection officer representing Aviva, claiming he was handling our insurance matters. I highly doubt his legitimacy! Seems like a scam to me. I've reported it.

So at about 4 in the afternoon, someone rang me up and started threatening to hurt my 4 year old who was just messing about on my phone. It was really frightening.

I answered the call and a woman started telling me I was being sued. Thought it sounded dodgy, so I just hung up straight away, assuming it was a scam.
