My wife picked up the phone when they rang, and they seemed a bit hesitant to disclose their identity at first. After a bit of back and forth, they finally revealed that they were from First Utilities, inquiring about our gas and electricity services. She informed them that we’re already with another supplier and promptly hung up. This isn’t the first time they’ve bothered us - they keep calling, and due to a disability issue, getting to the phone can be quite the challenge. Honestly, they’re just a nuisance and really serve no purpose.
