They keep ringing me and I don't pick up, but then I get texts from them. Apparently they've sent some letters too, and the weird thing is they’re using a name that’s totally unfamiliar to me as if it’s mine.

Received a call at 9 AM yesterday on my private line, which I use for confidential matters, as this individual somehow managed to get hold of my main number. I have a feeling he may have accessed my details through a friend’s landline in Woodford, which was abruptly disconnected. He’s making threats about some premium payment and seems to know I’ll comprehend his twisted messages. He warned that if I report his actions to the authorities, he’d harm my family, my husband, or even me. It’s quite disturbing, to say the least. I reside in Brentwood, and honestly, the police haven't been much help.
