Missed a call from an unknown number, so I just let it go to voicemail. When the answering machine kicked in, the caller hung up straight away. Blocking that one now.

Yesterday morning at 9 o'clock, I got a call on my private phone, not my main one. I believe he tracked me down through my mate in Woodford's landline, which went dead all of a sudden - looked like it was deliberately cut. He’s been making threats about paying some kind of premium, knowing full well I get what he means. He’s also warned that if I report him to the cops, he’ll harm me, my hubby, or family. This bloke’s genuinely twisted. I’m in Brentwood and unfortunately, the police haven’t been much help.

They said they were from some “Insurance Collections Bureau” which I've honestly never come across before. I’d advise everyone to just block that number straight away.

Had a run in with the Insurance Collections Bureau. If you ever decide to stop an insurance policy, these lot are the ones who keep hassling you about the rest of your payments. Absolute nightmare.
