I told them to take my mobile off their contact list, fingers crossed it works. The date was 15/09/15. I also asked to talk to their customer service team, but they said they don’t have one. While I was still on the call, I could hear loads of voices in the background - with so many people working there, they really ought to have somebody dealing with complaints. I’ll see what happens and update later.
