I firmly requested that they take my mobile number off their call list as of 15/09/15. I'll keep my fingers crossed that this actually works and will update accordingly. When I inquired about customer service, they told me there wasn't a department for that. Oddly enough, while I was on the line, I could hear quite a bustling atmosphere in the background. With so many staff members, it's hard to believe they don’t have someone dedicated to handling complaints!
