Appreciate everyone’s input here! I didn’t pick up the call from a number I didn't know, but thought I’d look it up just to be sure it was legit. Glad I didn’t answer though, it was definitely dodgy. Blocked it straight away now.

Earlier today, I received a rather unclear call from what I believe was Echo Homes-though I can't be entirely sure, as the connection was awful. The number seemed to be a local one from Leicester. They were going on about home insulation and all that. I informed her that my house is already sorted in that regard. I then bid her farewell and hung up rather abruptly. I've since decided to block the number.

The number was local to Leicester, as far as I could tell. They were chirping on about home insulation, but I informed them that my abode is already sorted in that regard.
