This call was one of those energy scams pretending to be from Net Zero or some government scheme giving cash to the privileged - which I definitely ain't. Action Fraud on its own ain't gonna stop these dodgy scammers if people don't let them know about the calls - check the message below. Reporting straight on the police fraud website is super simple. Just Google ‘action fraud’ and head to the UK police page. Then go to the phishing report section and scroll to the bottom to fill in a quick report. The police take it seriously so it’s really helpful if every fake call gets reported.

Got a call from some lot wanting to check my attic insulation, only if you’re between 60 and 80 years old. I just said I was 85 and that seemed to shut them up straight away. They even had an old address of mine from yonks ago, which would’ve been a bit tricky to check since it was a flat upstairs, but I went along with it for a laugh. Got a call this morning, rang about 7 times and then just cut off! From what I’ve seen in other reviews, seems like it’s a SPRAYFOAM SCAM linked to Homelogic/Home Logic UK/Logicfoam, all connected to Justin Brian Perry (who did 30 months for Conspiracy to Defraud). Apparently he’s back at it and still running tricks. Can’t wait for his mates Paul Harrison and David Taylor to face justice for their Timeshare scams.

Today at about 2:57pm, I got a call from a Filipina lady who wanted to speak to someone called Mr or Mrs Spark or smth like that. I told her she’d got the wrong number. She tries to keep talking saying “since I have you on the phone…” but I cut her off and told her she’s a Filipina scammer and hung up straight away. I’ve blocked the number now.

The person phoned but hung up as soon as they heard the answer machine kick in.

Someone from the Philippines called me but said she was too busy to chat. She told me to call back later and then she would speak with me. Honestly, I found it a bit confusing.

They rang me yesterday but I couldn’t make out what they were saying at all. Tried again today, I stayed silent and so did they, which was weird.
