I get calls from this joker about three times daily, but every time they just hang up without saying a word. Really annoying.

My mum got a call from this number about some washing machine insurance. When she refused to give her card info, the caller claimed he already had it and would charge her regardless. He was really pushy and upset her, now she’s scared to pick up the phone. The number keeps calling her over and over. I rang it myself but it just keeps ringing with no answer.
