I got another call from this same woman today, her English was really poor and she was asking about some sort of grants. I didn’t buy it for a second. I told her straight up that it sounded like a scam and to stop ringing me.

After a bit of waiting, a woman picked up. She started with the usual "How’s your day going?" which always makes me wary. I asked straight away what the call was about. She said something about funding opportunities. I told her I definitely didn’t qualify for any of that. She asked why, and then I just hung up. Feels like they were just trying to drum up business, very dodgy. I don’t even know anyone in Leicester, and that’s like 150 miles from me, so I’m pretty sure it was a scam call.
