I got a call with that annoying call centre noise in the background. The woman on the line used my first name which felt off. She said she was ringing from some place called “Eagle House” or something, offering energy grants for homeowners. I mentioned we’re on the TPS list so she shouldn’t be ringing us, and honestly I thought it was a scam. She just denied it straight away, as expected.
