i’ve been getting loads of calls from these lot, maybe around 50 times now. they never say which company they're with, just askin loads of questions about your house. if you’ve recently sold somewhere or had it listed on rightmove, they seem to grab your info from there. people mention Hart estate agents, others say Newton Flavell - no idea who it actually is, but i’ve blocked the number and reported it to ofcom. the caller ID’s always got a +44 code, so i reckon they’re spoofing the numbers.

I answered the phone and the only thing I could make out was some really loud breathing on the other end.

Somebody rang saying they were from an estate agency but it felt like they were just trying to get info out of me. Pretty sure it was a scam.

Lately ive been getting loads of calls and voicemails about some property on 10 Equity Rd. Its usually either a bloke or a lady ringing. My phone flags them as possible scams so I just ignore and dont bother returning the calls. Weird thing is, in one voicemail last week, the woman actually used my name!
