I've received an astonishing number of around fifty calls from these clueless nuisances. They never bother to identify themselves, constantly fishing for details regarding your property. If you've recently sold a place that's listed on Rightmove, it appears they steal your information from there... Various accounts suggest it's from Hart Estate Agents or perhaps Newton Fallowell. Either way, I've had enough and have reported them to Ofcom after blocking them. Considering the +44 prefix on their calls, I'm led to believe the numbers are likely faked.

They stated they were representing a property agency, but it seemed like they were just probing for details.

I've noticed I've been getting calls and voice messages for ages, all regarding a property at 10 Equity Rd. It's rather odd, as sometimes it’s a chap, and other times it’s a lady. My phone is quite good at flagging potential scam calls, so I never pick up or bother calling back. However, I was taken aback when a recent message actually mentioned my name!
