I didn’t catch the name of the firm, but the woman on the phone was oddly familiar with my name and claimed it was about a recent car crash I supposedly had. Since I haven’t been in any accident lately, I figured straight away it was one of those dodgy insurance scams. I told her, “This is total rubbish. I’m going to report this and you better not ring me again.” Then I hung up and blocked the number right away.
