Got a call today just after 1pm during the week from someone saying they were from Three mobile, asking for my account info. Felt a bit fishy.

Someone ringing me saying they're from Sky Assured about a TV maintenance plan supposedly lasting two years, but apparently I've only paid for one year. They were offering a £20 reduction off the £99 I allegedly owe, and warned me that not paying would affect my credit score. When I asked whose name the contract was under, he said Andrew Hopkins. I told him I had no idea who that was and requested the address tied to the contract, but he refused, citing data protection rules. Then he kept pushing me to give my debit or credit card info to settle the bill. Honestly, he was quite rude throughout the call!
