I reckon this could be a fresh number scammers are using. I got a call from this one and another one, 0116 350 0728, which looks like it’s from nearby. Neither time did they leave a voicemail, and they haven’t tried ringing again. If it were a genuine call, I’d have thought they’d at least leave some kind of message.
