I've been getting loads of calls from Leicester numbers that sound almost the same, and as soon as I pick up the line just dies. I've tried blocking the numbers but it doesn’t seem to make any difference at all. On top of that, I keep getting calls about accident claims from a Leicester number too, and what's creepy is they already have my name and address. It's really frustrating!

Got a call from some scammer pretending to be about an insurance claim. As soon as I stopped pretending to believe them, they ended up just hanging up on me. Definitely a phishing attempt.

I got a call from someone who actually knew my first name, said they were from a company called something like AMS. The call came from Leicester, but when I checked, AMS in Leicester seems to be some clothing brand that’s shutting up shop. Definitely had nothing to do with this “incident” they mentioned from the last couple of years - whatever that was about? Felt like a scam or some kind of phishing attempt to me.
