Got a call asking if I'd been in an accident. When I said no, they suddenly asked if I spoke Indi?! I just ended the call after that.

This call came from someone with a foreign accent who asked if I’d been in an accident. I tried to be funny and said I was in great shape for being 63. Then they started asking weird questions about my sex life with my husband! I didn’t even bother to reply, just ended the call straight away. Definitely going to report this number to BT!
