Got a recorded call saying that my free one-month trial for Amazon Prime was finishing and from now on I'd be charged £39.99 monthly. Thing is, I’ve never signed up for Amazon Prime at all. Didn’t press any buttons because it felt dodgy. Also, they didn’t even say my name, so I’m pretty sure it was a scam.

Got a message from someone pretending to be Amazon, saying £79.99 was taken from my card and I should enjoy Amazon Prime. Then they said if I wanted to stop or cancel the service, I should press 1 to talk to their Amazon service manager. Total scam, obviously.
