A few years back, this company called Tritility, who say they're utility consultants, somehow got onto our electricity account without us really knowing. They rang from a different number than before, it was an 0191 code I think. Somehow they convinced our office admin to sign something that gave them control of our account. We had to block them straight away.

There was this call from someone saying they’re Sky, but I was a bit iffy about it.
